At Mo’s Alkaline & Organic Health Products, we stand by the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase.
Due to the nature of our goods (health supplements and perishables), we do not accept returns once a product has been opened, used, or removed from its original packaging.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Incomplete Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll gladly replace or exchange the item where eligible.
Refund & Exchange Eligibility
To qualify for a refund or exchange:
- Item must be unopened, unused, and in the original packaging
- You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel
- Proof of purchase and photo evidence may be requested
Please note:
- Delivery fees are not refunded unless the error was on our side
- Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7 working days
- Custom blends, teas, and opened containers are not eligible for return
