Refund policy

At Mo’s Alkaline & Organic Products, we value your trust and satisfaction. Every product is blended, packed, and shipped with care to ensure freshness and quality. Because we work with natural and perishable items, please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Returns

Due to the perishable and personal-use nature of most of our products (including Sea Moss Gel, herbs, oils, teas, and supplements), we cannot accept returns or exchanges once items have been opened or used.

However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so that we can make it right.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide proof of purchase and clear photos of the product and packaging.

Return requests must be sent to info@mosseamoss.co.za or via WhatsApp at +27 82 562 0695 with your order number.

2. Refunds

Refunds are only processed for:

  • Orders that arrive damaged or incorrect

  • Products that are out of stock and cannot be fulfilled

  • Orders cancelled before shipping

Once your return or refund request is approved, we’ll notify you by email or WhatsApp and process your refund to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • If your package was returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, the cost of reshipping will be for your account.

3. Exchanges

We do not offer direct product exchanges, as each batch is blended and sealed for quality assurance. If you’d like to order a different item, please place a new order through our website:

4. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of payment, as most of our products are freshly blended to order. Once blending or shipping has started, cancellations are no longer possible.
