I've been using shilajit for over a year now and I know one thing ro absolutely true due to experience. I was never able to eat strong and spicy foods due to my stomach being extremely sensitive. Since using Mo's shilajit it has changed my entire life...I now eat hot and spicy foods with no side effects. For the first time I'm able to enjoy something as simple as zinger wings without experience the aftermath.
